The audit begins by the visit of your home. You inform me of the character of the place and what you are expecting from Feng Shui. Then, I begin the study of the premises outside and inside. Classical Feng Shui methods and systems are used, which include San Yuan, San He, BaZi and Xuan Kong. The time spent will depend on the size of the premises and the difficulties encountered. The consultation will take approximately 3 to 4 hours for a regular house/apartment.

I explain the advices and adjust them according to your possibilities, your wishes and eventually those of your family. We go through the place, room by room with the information in order to clarify everything.

During this consultation, I also give you information on your BaZi – Chinese Astrology – which gives you the possibility to evaluate where you are on the "road of life". We call the BaZi the chance from the Sky, and Feng Shui the chance from Earth – the third chance is the Human Being and his capability to help change his fate by his will.

I give you a note summing up my main advices. You can record the consultation. Upon request, a report can be sent to you.

What do you have to prepare for a Feng Shui consultationt?

  • The floor map of the place
  • Eventually, the map of the close environment
  • Your personal birth date with your birth hour if you know it
  • The birth date of those sharing your home
  • A list of questions you want to ask
  • The fee for the audit.

If we wish to use your name for promotional purpose, you will first be asked if you allow such a thing. All the names given away have all been approved by our clients.

A commercial consultation will deal primarily with the financial and commercial aspects of the property; how to position the property so that it is best able to tap into positive Qi which will create new potential and opportunities which support the organization’s mission. In addition to this, as human capital is the greatest asset to an organization - the Feng Shui Consultation will focus on improving the human resource side of the organization. Below are the key features of a business or corporate property which are taken into consideration when assessing the overall Feng Shui.

  • Orientation of the Building Block
The orientation of the office block or the corporate office within the office block places great importance on how that office block taps into the available Qi from the greater environment. As this will determine the Qi within the office space, this needs to be taken into careful consideration when planning the Feng Shui of corporate offices or business premises.
  • The Main Door
The main door is regarded as the mouth of Qi and needs to be correctly positioned in order to receive the proper Qi which will support the corporate objectives of the organization or the commercial mission of a business.
  • The Location of Management Offices
The human resources within any organization can make or break the company. It is important that key personnel within the organization - senior management and the chief managing executive - be seated in locations which not only ensure they are the most productive for the organization but also that the Qi in this area supports their functions within the company. For example, the Financial Controller would be positioned differently from the Sales and Marketing Director.
